Immunoglobulin therapy is a popular trend and play a probability in assessing patient having defects such as Ig G diseases such as chronic lymphocytic leukemia, multiple myeloma, hypoimmune globulinaemia, and Ig M diseases such as hyperimmune globulinaemia, hepatitis, Ebola virus related with hemorrhagic fever, hepatitis B, Rabies, Tetanus toxin. This indispensable therapy helps to resolve various hypothetical disease conditions such as sepsis such as multiple sclerosis, neonatal sepsis, pediatric HIV/AIDS, PANDAS (pediatric autoimmune neuropsychiatric condition), a disorder associated with streptococcal cystic fibrosis), and unpredictable factor Chronic fatigue syndrome. This therapy involves maintaining a positive relationship with stress management with various factors such as innovation-based learning, Career concern, role ambiguity, rotating work shifts, role conflict, occupational demands, lack of participation in decision making, work overload, work under load, poor working conditions, lack of group cohesiveness, interpersonal and intergroup conflict, organizational changes and lack of social support. This article seeks to explicate and contextualize the empirical relationship between rigid chromophoric group plant constituents as well as shifting coincidence with various auxochromic groups which helps to reduce or increase or balancing about immunochemical reaction as well as management of lymphadenopathy conditions.

Background: The majority of the people are exposed to hazardous paint fumes at some point in their lifetime either through their occupation, home, car refurbishing or through any contact. This current study examined the impact of automobile paint fumes on male abino wistar rats. Method: Forty matured male Wistar rats weighing 180-300g were used for the study. The rats were divided into five group A-E of eight rats per group. Group A served as control while Group B-E served as the experimental animals. Group A received only feed and clean water for 14 days. Group B-D were exposed to 40ml of Clear coat, Thinner and Hardener fume each via inhalation in addition to feed and water for 14 days. Group E: CTH (Clear + thinner + hardener)-exposed groups were exposed to 13.5ml of Clear coat + 13.5ml of thinner and 1 3.3 ml of Hardener fume via inhalation in addition to feeding and water for the 14 days. At the end of two-weeks experiment, animals were sacrificed by cervical dislocation. Blood and heart tissues were harvested and used for biochemical and histopathological study. Result: Exposure to car paint fumes caused cardiac damage evidenced by significant alteration in cardiac activity (Troponin-I, CK-MB, AST, LDH), lipid profile (HDL, LDL, CHOL, TAG) and antioxidant status (SOD, CAT, GSH, MDA, NO, XO) as compared to control rats. Conclusion: The results of these findings thus inferred that exposure to paint fume may be toxic to the heart.

The novel coronavirus (COVID-19) suddenly appeared in Wuhan, Hubei since December 2019, and quickly swept across China, then the whole world. Today, after more than 100 days of fighting against the virus, China's epidemic has been effectively controlled, but when we looking at the entire world, the novel coronavirus has rampaged globally, especially in the United States and many European countries. This article mainly studies the impact of COVID-19 outbreaks at Hubei Province and the United States, fits the given data and predicts future trends.

The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of total saponins and tannins isolated from the stem bark of Dialium guineense on lipid profile and carbon tetrachloride (CCl4)-induced histological changes in liver of Wistar rats. A total of twenty-five (25) adult male Wistar rats, which weighed between 160 and 180 g were assigned to five groups of 5 rats each: normal control, CCl4 control, silymarin, total saponins and total tannins groups. Liver damage was induced in the rats using CCl4 (single oral dose of 1.0 mL/kg body weight, bwt). Silymarin group rats were administered standard hepatoprotective drug, silymarin, at a dose of 100 mg/kg bwt, while those in the two treatment groups received 150 mg/kg bwt of total saponins or tannins orally for 28 days. Lipid profile parameters were determined in plasma, while rat liver was subjected to histopathological examination. The results showed that the levels of total cholesterol (TC), triacylglycerol (TG), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), very-low density lipoprotein cholesterol (VLDL-C), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) as well as atherogenic index of plasma (AIP) were significantly lower in CCl4 control group than in normal control group, but they were increased after treatment with total saponins or tannins (p < 0.05). However, there were no significant differences in atherogenic coefficient (AC) and cardiac risk ratio (CRR) among the groups (p > 0.05). Carbon tetrachloride (CCl4) markedly disrupted the structure of hepatocytes and induced steatosis (intrahepatocyte fat in-growth and inflammation). However, treatment with total saponins and tannins of D. guineense stem bark showed marked regeneration of hepatocytes (unremarkable hepatic lobular architecture). The toxic hepatic injury induced by CCl4 was significantly ameliorated by the phytochemicals.
