The Gnoscience Journal of Clinical and Public Health, published by Gnoscience Publishing House, is committed to providing high-quality Open Access publishing while ensuring that published research remains freely accessible to readers worldwide without subscription or access fees.

To support the editorial and publication process, an Article Processing Charge (APC) is collected only for manuscripts that have been accepted for publication in this journal. The APC helps cover the costs associated with editorial management, peer review coordination, production, and online publication.

The APC contributes to services including:

• Initial editorial assessment and manuscript management
• Similarity (plagiarism) screening
• Coordination of the peer-review process
• Professional copyediting and language checks (where applicable)
• Typesetting and article formatting
• Assignment of publication metadata and online publication
• Website hosting and long-term online accessibility
• Administrative and editorial support throughout the publication process

Payment of the APC does not influence the editorial decision. Acceptance or rejection of a manuscript is based solely on scientific quality, originality, ethical compliance, and relevance to the journal's scope.

Payment Policy

• APC is payable only after the manuscript has been accepted for publication.
• Submission of a manuscript to this journal does not require any payment.
• Payment of the APC does not guarantee acceptance for publication.

Withdrawal Policy
Authors may request withdrawal of a manuscript at any stage before publication by contacting the Editorial Office of the Gnoscience Journal of Clinical and Public Health.

• Before Peer Review: No withdrawal fee is charged if the manuscript is withdrawn before the peer-review process begins.
• After Peer Review: If a manuscript is withdrawn after peer review has been completed, a withdrawal fee of 50% of the applicable APC may be charged to cover editorial and peer-review administration costs.

Requests for withdrawal will be reviewed by the Editorial Office and handled in accordance with this journal's editorial policies.

Waivers and Discounts

The Publisher may, at its discretion, provide partial waivers or discounts for the Gnoscience Journal of Clinical and Public Health in exceptional circumstances, for invited submissions, or as part of special promotional initiatives. Approval of any waiver or discount remains solely at the discretion of the Publisher.
