Corrections and Retraction Policy

The Journal of Biology and Medicine: Open Access is committed to preserving the accuracy and integrity of the scholarly record. When significant errors are identified after publication, the journal may publish corrections, corrigenda, or errata to ensure the published literature remains reliable.

Where serious concerns involving research misconduct, plagiarism, fabricated data, or unethical research practices are confirmed, the journal may retract the published article following an editorial investigation.

If an investigation is ongoing and the available evidence is inconclusive, the journal may issue an Expression of Concern while the matter is being reviewed.
